Submissions should be of 6000-8000 words (excluding display material and references) typed double-spaced on Letter size paper.
(Please note that Special Issue Calls for Papers may have their own particular instructions, e.g. a different word limit, and these must always be adhered to when submitting to a Special Issue).
The manuscript should include a narrative style abstract of approx. 150 words.
