JCB is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal designed to bridge the perceived gap between consumer behaviour and organisational buyer behaviour.
Journal of Customer Behaviour updated submission guidelines. Academic manuscript submissions should be made through the Journal's ScholarOne Manuscripts site, whilst Practice-related Content should be submitted to the editorial office by email.
Please note that Volume 12 (2013), Issues 2 & 3 of JCB were combined into a double Special Issue edited by Professor Stan Paliwoda published in Autumn 2013. The double issue featured 10 articles by Early Career Researchers, plus an editorial and commentaries.
