Institutional Online access includes access to the available online backfile for the duration of the current subscription, and includes perpetual access to the subscribed volume whilst Westburn Publishers Ltd remains the publisher of the journal. Print subscriptions include airmail delivery to subscribers outside the UK. Our full terms and conditions of access are available in our licence.

Claims should be made within 6 months of despatch date. Issues claimed after this period can be purchased at the single issue rate price, subject to availability.
No refunds on subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the journal for the subscription has been dispatched, or after the given period of online access has commenced.
All changes of address should be notified to the publisher at journals@westburn.co.uk including both old and new address.

Single issues (print) can be purchased by dividing the institutional print only subscription rate by the frequency. You can order single issues and backstocks by printing out and returning this form. Please do not email us credit/debit card details.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank draft in Pounds Sterling made payable to Westburn Publishers Ltd, by credit/debit card, or by direct bank transfer. IBAN details for bank transfers are available on request. Please do not email credit/debit card details to us.
If you have purchased a hard copy subscription, this will be sent out to you by UK 2nd class post. Overseas journal orders are sent by airmail. Journals are sent by Volume year, so any issues in the Volume which have already been published will be sent out first, followed by the remaining issues on publication. Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable on electronic products as indicated for customers resident in EU countries. Customers resident in EU countries outside the UK must provide their VAT number otherwise they will be charged VAT at the standard rate. This is 20% from 4 January 2011. VAT is calculated based on VAT rate applicable, country of residence and VAT registration.
All journals are published on a calendar year basis in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
