There is a range of subscription and purchase options available for our Journals.

Institutional subscriptions

Institutional Subscriptions are available in Print Only / Combine Print + Online / Online Only formats. (For Personal Subscriptions please see the Personal Subscriber pages for each journal).

Institutional pricing

Institutional Pricing for 2017 is as follows: (Prices are in GB Pounds Sterling)

Social Business Combined Print + Online 460 (+vat)  /  Online only  360 (+vat)  /  Print only  390 (+vat)

Institutional Online access includes access to the available online backfile for the duration of the current subscription, and includes perpetual access to the subscribed volume whilst Westburn Publishers Ltd remains the publisher of the journal.   Print subscriptions include airmail delivery to subscribers outside the UK. Institutional subscribers to Westburn journals are required to abide by the full Terms and Conditions of Access detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Access Licence.

VAT/Sales Tax

Combined subscriptions are divided into a 52% Print element and a 48% Online element of the Combined price.  Prices are given exclusive of VAT/Sales Tax.

  • UK Subscribers: VAT will be charged at the applicable rate. At 1 October 2016 the VAT rate for Print Only, or Print element of Combined subscriptions, was 0%, and the VAT rate for Online Only, or Online element of Combined subscriptions, was 20%.
  • EU Subscribers: Please ensure that the end-user VAT number is supplied with all orders for EU Subscribers.  If no valid local VAT number is provided, VAT will be charged at the applicable rate.
  • Rest of World Subscribers: Please note that subscription prices may be subject to additional customs charges and local taxes in the Subscriber’s own country. Such charges/taxes are the responsibility of the Subscriber or their Subscription Agent where applicable.

Claims, cancellations and changes of address

Claims should be made within 6 months of despatch date. Issues claimed after this period can be purchased at the single issue rate price, subject to availability.

No refunds on subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the journal for the subscription has been dispatched, or after the given period of online access has commenced.

All changes of address should be notified to the publisher at journals@westburn.co.uk including both old and new address.

Single issues and backsets

Westburn holds the current volume and the 2 previous years stock for Journal of Customer Behaviour and The Marketing Review.

Single issues (print) can be purchased by dividing the institutional print only subscription rate by the frequency. You can order single issues and backstocks by emailing us at sales@westburn.co.uk with your requirements.  Please do not email credit/debit card details to us.

Delivery

If you have purchased a hard copy subscription, this will be sent out to you by UK 2nd class post. Overseas journal orders are sent by airmail. Journals are sent by Volume year, so any issues in the Volume which have already been published will be sent out first, followed by the remaining issues on publication.

Journal publication dates

All journals are published on a calendar year basis in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
