Sadly Professor Michael J. Baker, Founding Editor of Journal of Customer Behaviour, has recently passed away. A new Editor has been appointed to take over from January 2022, but the journal will be relaunching at that time with a completely new ethos and call for papers, and no papers from the current iteration of the journal will be transferred to the new format. Therefore we are not accepting any more new submissions to the current version of the journal at this time. Papers which have already been assigned to reviewers will complete the review process.
